birthday fun

as (early) birthdays go this one was pretty happy! dominics friends came over to play in the back yard for an hour, everyone got a goodie bag with and eye patch, an earring and a bandana (plus the requisite candy)
heres the crew,(l-r) hunter and noah from the babysitter, dominic of course and jack from storytime. dominic is blowing his birthday horn, i dont think he put it down until cupcake time.
everyone had fun, so it was a great party!

the past couple of weeks

we went to a family picnic (more pics of the fam on moms blog)
saw a fire truck pass by
and spread dirt from one side of the porch to the other.

this evening i left the room for a minute and when i returned dominic was sitting in the computer chair with his hand on the mouse "what are you doing, son?"

 "im checking my web site" he answered

so i showed him on his blog how to scroll up and down, i had to drag  (no pun intended) him away so techie or narcissist, you be the judge.
